- That's funny, I just had the conversation with Sherry about the pineapple thing. Apparently if you dip your hands in pineapple juice long enough they will dissolve your fingerprints

- I'm scared why she knows that

- i am pretty sure i can eat an entire bag of sourpatch kids. over the course of one movie. #offtopicftw

- Junior Mints or gtfo

- This just came up in TGR the other day

- Junior mints don't dissolve ANYTHING

- Same

- except your soul

- Also this, definitely worth considering as a possibility.

- Agreed.

- Supposedly consuming fresh pineapple can help with conception. I don't understand how that's supposed to work. Never heard anyone say the same about kiwis.

- Back to the actual real topic: I really don't see any problem with using this info in a way that compromises RES composure just before an anomaly as long as we lay our cards on the table at the same time

- i think it provides sugar/energy to the swimmers

- I wouldn't be surprised if this has been blown before. RES can be vicious with how quickly they burn a source and bury their source under a cloud of misinformation and timely spin posts to drive community chatter elsewhere.

- Yeah but the girls aren't the ones making the swimmers.

- then I heard it backwards

- ok so reading back on the conversation with WB, I now better understand something she said earlier

- The actual database they're using is called RIOT (dunno what it means).

- On this topic how many of you maintain RES circles? Might be worth cross referencing some of the names we see in screenshots against public G+ posts. Could get lucky and find something juicy already out there and buried.

- ooh

- what she's saying, I think, is that there is another interface to the riot database that provides more comprehensive information, if you're approved for it.

- so we're gonna have to scrub drive history

- i mean you're

- because that will be all kinds of incriminating

- just use two drives

- one between him and wb, one between him and us

- I prefer to copy/paste into a new document

- sure, w/e

- so data is moved with no associated history of who entered it

- Any files WB shares, I will create hard copies locally, then reload to our shared resource.

- word of advice: try to get as many *uncropped* images as you can

- yeah, gotcha

- (obvs crop out agent name, but this was a point of critique...you defeat the point with a flood of caps)

- Why's this?

- WB is using a throwaway google account

- Fucking home locations wow

- yeah :(

- that's pretty gross

- It not hard if you have all their data

- Sure, it's just a pretty ballsy thing to introduce

- I'm reading that as where I. We live

- Not certain

- But I think this is it

- Its in the same city as his others

- nice

- Looks right to me

- oh in the other shot, the one where the agent is requesting the location of brokers near a specific portal, this is the portal specified:

- Portals bereaved

- That sounds like European English

- List of guardians killed of said person?

- Who killed them etc

- so who is going to monitor these things for an attack?

- Sounds like AO more than physical home but then again heat mapping play and favorite portals sound like AO gathering and daily play style trends so it may very well be physical home addresses.

- Already bookmarked it

- Terrifying

- If that's what it is, then their hubris will be damming

- Also WTF start date? How?

- It's in the data somewhere. Lots of scraper tools have this.

- First portal interacted with? How the fuck far back does their data go. Jesus

- I mean my couch is easy to spot and has been for a long time, but....*shudder*

- Assuming it's not start dates of agents since the system has been running.

- You just run a scraper forever and you have everything

- That's a lot of effort they are putting in.

- If they put this much effort into anomalies... Lol

- Yes, this for sure! But, I was more thinking this is a lot of work for WB to put in - must have a very good reason.

- The new scraper starts with an old db.

- The old cerebro database was public for a while

- just basic comms scraping and parsing

- This is very similar functionality to an ENL tool I was shown a couple of years ago. This stuff has been around forever.

Database work is easy.

- The information is really useful to track spoofers.

- Strange account shows up, you can find out where they took their first action

- Are they local? Did they level up in Russia?

- Then the slope is slippery.

- Lol started yesterday in Estonia, killed my guardian I'm Kentucky for example. That would be useful

- Yes, exactly.

- My RES definitely have access to data about where accounts started and they haven't tried to hide it.

- I hope they enjoy knowing my account started at the Corner Room. Then went to Sweden the next day. :)

- Spoofer

- Lol

- Caught me!

- LOL

- Anyone know what comm ayb means from that last pic?

- WB, unsolicited:

"
Should have the bot folder done tonight, working on it little by little as time allows."

- πŸ‘

- so an idea for release:

In addition to other vectors...in the day leading up to release we could expand this channel to maximum possible size by inviting everyone trustworthy we can think of. Create a g+ template for publishing the data in an easy to consume format, and have everybody release it simultaneously. same message

- shoot for 100+ simultaneous releases

- Agreed

- that would keep it from being a lightning rod for any one person.

- and would very interestingly distribute the conversation.

- I'm Spartacus!

- I was thinking about putting the dump on S3 or something and having a burner reddit account link it to start. Then everyone source from that so it’s somewhat anonymous.

- that'd be a good separate vector

- anything on reddit should be anonymous. Nobody needs to be on the receiving end of that bilebomb

- I have never created a Reddit account

- Looking back on Russell, Sarah New was the main release outlet on G+. A single point of release like that doesn't feel like the best strategy on this, especially when so many of us have been conspicuously noisy lately about other things
