RADAR is up, unmodified

so, reading through Riot, I think some of the functionality of Riot and Radar are getting confused. RADAR is for attack notices/VRLA finding in a certain poly. The ability to be notified whenever an agent throws a link over 20 km, etc, is explicity mentioned in the RIOT documentation. Just want to make sure we understand how this works and get it right

The serif Xs in the table are particularly jarring to me

Fonts should match throughout the site, menu, marquee, etc. This is a no-nonsense, utilitarian thing. conform to the norm.

Futura is underappreciated but Helvetica is a classic for reasons.

For the table... There is too much text in the headers and I'm kicking around a couple of suggestions because I don't know what is going to look better. Everyone please feel free to comment.


1) keep the names with the hashtags -- Bot, Omnivore, etc (not hashtagging them here because it's not necessary for them to actually be links here) -- the same size as they are now and have a description of each in smaller text below each of those in its cell


2) only have the hashtag names in the headers and have a legend with the descriptions right above the table
